“If you want to make good use of your time, you’ve got to know what’s most important and then give it all you’ve got.”- Lee Iacocca
- Knowing what is important
- Pursuing that with all the energy we have
Of these two, the first is probably more difficult for most of us. Are we pursuing what is truly important, both at work and at home? A difficult question, but one that needs to be considered so we can set the direction of our day – and the direction of our lives. (And besides, it’s a Saturday – you have all weekend to ponder it!)
About Lee Iacocca: Perhaps one of America’s most well-known businessmen, Lee Iacocca played large roles at both Ford and Chrysler from the 60′s up until his retirement in 1992. Despite some controversies in the automotive industry during his tenure, his views on business are still widely respected in many circles.
